1.  Samples via Air Express

If you need samples via air express, please provide your air express carrier( DHL,FedEx, UPS or TNT) and account number, or tranfers the express charge to us by Westen Union,we will handle the samples sending for you.

2.  Samples to International Destinations

All samples must be shipped via air express using the customer's designated air express courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and account number. Air express is reliable and provides a tracking number to confirm delivery.

If you do not have an air express account, please tranfers the express charge to us by Westen Union pay for shipping and we will arrange the shipment.

All air express shipments are made via "international economy" service unless you request otherwise. Allow 6 business days for delivery via international economy.

If you purchase any products from Sense in the future,we will fully reimburse the express charge of samples what you paid to us in the amount(the amount over US5000$).
